You need to hire
For your exterior home renovations to get your job well done.
It's time to implement your dream home exterior makeover in Kelowna, or you need essential repairs to keep the rain out. Either way, hiring the right exterior renovation contractor will save you money and give you peace of mind now and in the long term. We all have friends who were tempted to have a go themselves, or hired mates to do the job, only to find themselves contacting a reputable contractor later on to resolve the issues caused by a simple lack of understanding about proper installation methods, or how different materials and building aspects affect each other. If you compromise on quality now you're likely to pay more for it later. We are CC Patrick Stevens Exteriors, a reputable contractor, with a proven track record, providing all the right guarantees, and proud that we offer the best customer service and the best quality work. The CC stands for Capable and Committed. We included these two words in our company name because they are at the center of everything we do.

To all our customers and potential customers we offer:
We can work to your specifications, but we strongly recommend seamless eavestroughs systems because they last longer, leak less, and will save you money in the long run.
Soffit is the underside of the overhanging eaves, and common materials include wood, aluminum, plastic, and composite materials. Soffit and fascia are usually installed together using the same material for the sake of neatness. The correct detailing of the soffit is essential to manage appropriate airflow in the eaves if required and to resist infestation or rain ingress.
Fascia is the vertical board underneath the eaves that neatly covers the space between the eaves, roof, and wall. Gutters are often fixed to the fascia.
We have significant experience as a dedicated siding contractor in Kelowna. Siding companies often don't offer soffit installation, gutter installation, eavestrough installation, or roofing, but instead, leave it to you to coordinate the roofing contractors separately. As a siding contractor, we often meet vinyl siding installers or wood siding installers, but we have experience with all types of siding, including board and batten siding, and Hardie board siding. We keep up to date with new products as they enter the market, sending our installers on relevant training so that we are able to offer our customers the widest choice of finishes and styles. In case you haven't heard of them, board and batten siding has a vertical line effect created with visible battens, and Hardie board is a brand of siding that contains a wide range of different manufactured textures and appearances all laid out in slick brochures for clients' easy selection. Your selection of siding makes an enormous difference to the visual impact of your house. Unlike most vinyl siding contractors, our team all have specific training so that our installers our both vinyl siding installers and wood siding installers with the confidence and techniques necessary to implement textbook installation every time, in line with the manufacturer's instructions and guarantees.
Window and door trim visually frame your windows and doors, covering the small structural gaps between the window frame and wall. Trims can be used very effectively to give your home a neat appearance if installed properly. Their correct installation is also key to keeping the rain or drafts out as well as reducing the opportunities for pests. Window trim can be made of wood, plastic, aluminum, or composite materials.
Correctly installed gutters will take the rain away from your home in a controlled way, and yet it is common to find leaks, overflows, and recurrent blockages due to poor installation, or poor selection of guttering materials. There are well-publicized and accessible regulations on the installation of guttering, and also manufacturers provide further guidance to installers in order to prolong the life and effectiveness of their products. Like many things in life, it's easy when you know how. Guttering is typically plastic or aluminum, and it can be made to match your soffit and fascia or to contrast with it depending on your aesthetic preference.
As experienced roofing contractors we're familiar with the many roof variations in structure and material. We are happy to work with your choice of roof material, your architect's roof specification, or match your existing roof material. Roofing companies and siding companies often have different scaffolding requirements, but because we manage this in-house it's just another example of how our integrated package melts many problems away.
Our experience reduces the risk for you and for us too, so we don't need to build in big margins to manage risk. Once we have fully assessed your job we are able to offer very competitive pricing, and we can help you to make choices that get the most of what you want from your budget. If anyone else can offer a lower price we would encourage you to look very carefully at the details of what they are offering or promising.
We bought our house in a rough state, but we felt it had the potential to be our dream home. We worked so hard to save up capital to do the work we wanted. We both love DIY but we knew that there was no way we could do pro-quality roofing or siding. We spoke with CC Patrick Stevens Exteriors about our dreams and they were so generous with their time, their encouragement, and somehow we felt that we could now do so much more than we had even dreamed of. We were excited but also we felt nervous about the mess, noise, dust and general disruption of major renovation works. Shawn at CC Patrick Stevens Exteriors assured us that they would use dust control measures and ensure that work only took place during regular working hours so that we could plan our days around it. We were excited and nervous as work began, but we just couldn't believe how courteous and tidy the site crew was, throughout the project we got to know the team quite well, and they saw it all through beautifully. The site team and the office team always had time for our questions, and to explain things to us, and on the day they packed up their final tools and left the site we had tears in our eyes because we were just blown away by the transformation of our home, and the craftsmanship that went into it.
I'd been there for more years than I can remember and I didn't notice the leak until my son-in-law pointed out the mold on the bedroom wall. Well, I said it just needs cleaning off at first, but he said I should get someone in to take a look at it. I got on well with Shawn straight away- he turned up with his ladder and was up there for about 10 minutes before he came down and showed me pictures of what he'd found up there. He talked me through three different options showing me the benefits, what it would cost and how long it could be done. He encouraged me to talk it through with my family first before making any decisions. The next day I said I wanted to go ahead, they booked me in for the following week, and the job was done by the end of that week. I'm so glad I met Shawn and his team and I've recommended him to all my friends.
Thank you Shawn and all the team, you've looked after us from start to finish. It would have been mega stress without you, we're just so happy with how it's worked out. You need to hire THE RIGHT CONTRACTOR for your exterior home renovations to get your job well done.
