Shawn Stevens began work in the exterior renovation trade in 1997, working with the full range of materials and techniques over the years, and learning all aspects of the trade from the bottom up. To continue to grow our wealth of experience, we actively pursue training experiences for our staff, including manufacturers' training for any new products as they are released onto the market,
After years of successful collaborations, Shawn, his wife Leigh and their family established a company to design and deliver all aspects of their projects in line with their vision, which is to strive for top-level customer service. CC Patrick Stevens Exteriors was founded in 2021.
The CC stands for Capable Committed. It is a constant reminder to all of our staff that we strive for our best in every moment, and that our clients value that we are Capable and Committed because it makes a huge difference to their lives as they embark on oftentimes life-changing home renovations.
We are well connected and well respected in the Kelowna area, both personally and professionally. We're able to team up with other reputable trades who we've worked with for years, to collaborate on our projects. For example, we manage all aspects of the exterior renovation, but we can recommend, or coordinate with high-quality professionals who can deliver on the internal aspects of the renovation. We have collaborated with the same electricians, solar installers, plumbers, architects and engineers, and other specialists for many years, and we're glad to recommend them to you, so we can really help you to cover all aspects of your project.
We're a positive employer, investing in our staff so that they stay with us long-term, learning, and training to develop their skills whilst ensuring that they are delivering work of the highest quality. Our company is based on years of experience, and our staff are highly trained and have worked with us for years. We are committed to providing training and employment opportunities to young people in the Kelowna area who share our passion for quality exterior renovation and new build and have the desire to learn the trades to a high standard.
We've used the same collection of suppliers for years and continue to actively monitor suppliers in order to manage the quality and price of materials that we install. Due to our longstanding custom, we now receive healthy discounts which enable us to price even more competitively.
Where possible, we use materials that reduce damage to ecosystems and wildlife. We manage our waste properly, recycling as much as possible, and reducing the amount of time spent in traffic burning gas. We quantify and use our materials skillfully to reduce wastage, which reduces our environmental impact but also reduces the cost, as we can reduce the amount of material we need to order.
The absolute core and joy of what we do, is seeing the transformation of our client's homes, and their massive beaming smiles as we hand over the project on completion.
